航天的应用背景对电机提出了耐高温稳定运行的要求。高温、低温、真空等航天恶劣环境给电机系统带来新的问题,电机内部电磁场、流体场、温度场、应力场之间的耦合问题突出,材料及器件特性发生非线性变化,电机损耗、温升分析难度增大,驱动与控制策略复杂。简要介绍了航天用电机的特点,同时详细分析了耐高温电机的国内外发展现状和耐高温永磁电机的关键技术。 |

Abstract: |
The application background of space demands that the motor can work stably under the condition of high temperature.The harsh environment of space with high temperature,low temperature and vacuum brings some new problems in the motor system.The coupling of the electromagnetic field,the fluid field,the thermal field,and the stress becomes more prominence.The feature of the materials of the motor and the element of the drive and control circuit changes nonlinearly.Analysis difficulty of the motors of loss and temperature rise increase.The drive and control strategy becomes very complex.The characteristics of motors for aerospaceand are introduced briefly in this paper,and development status at home and abroad of heat-resisting motors and key technology of heat-resisting permanent magnet motors are analyzed in detail. |
