定位导航授时基础设施对国家安全和国民经济发展具有重要的支撑和促进作用。为适应未来用户数量、服务质量等方面攀升的需求,有必要提升国家定位导航授时基础设施的服务能力。全面介绍了国内外定位导航授时相关基础设施的发展现状,展望了我国定位导航授时能力的发展方向。

The capability of positioning, navigation and timing infrastructures is essential to support national security and to promote economic developmentIt is a necessity to upgrade the service capability of positioning, navigation and timing infrastructures to satisfy the rising demand from the quantity of users and the quality of servicesThe current situation of the development of positioning, navigation and timing infrastructures globally and domestically is reviewed comprehensivelyThe development directions of Chinas positioning, navigation and timing capability are presented.
