可芯片化的激光抽运Mz型原子磁强计参数研究

摘要:
激光抽运Mz型原子磁强计具有体积小、功耗低和灵敏度高的优点。介绍了激光抽运Mz型原子磁强计的工作原理,研究了该类型原子磁强计中激光功率和射频场强度对磁共振信号的影响,并对当前实现的原子磁强计样机中射频线圈的磁场强度均匀性对磁共振信号的影响进行了仿真分析。最后,给出了当前实现的原子磁强计样机的性能参数,并讨论了实现芯片级原子磁强计的可行性。

Abstract:
Optically pumped Mz atomic magnetometer has the advantages of small size, low power consumption and high sensitivity. In this paper, the working principle of optically pumped Mz atomic magnetometer is introduced, and the influence of laser power and radio frequency (RF) field intensity on magnetic resonance signal are studied. In the atomic magnetometer prototype we have implemented so far, the magnetic field intensity uniformity of the RF coil is simulated to study its influence on the magnetic resonance signal. The performance parameters of the atomic magnetometer prototype are given, and the feasibility of implementing chip-scale atomic magnetometer is discussed.
