Submission Agreement
Articles should possess innovation, scientific, and practical applicability. They should be unpublished academic articles. If parts of the contents have been previously published, please attach copies of the relevant articles and provide detailed explanations in text.
Articles should have clear arguments, rigorous reasoning, accurate mathematical derivations, reliable data, and authentic charts and tables. The length of the paper should be controlled within 6,000 Chinese characters.
Authors are solely responsible for the content of their submissions. Academic misconduct, such as plagiarism, impersonation, and patchwork, is strictly prohibited. Submitting the same draft to multiple journals is not allowed. The review process usually takes one month from the date of receipt, and the journal will notify authors of acceptance or rejection after this period.
The editorial department of Navigation Positioning and Timing will invite peer experts to review articles. Based on review conclusions, decisions on acceptance or rejection will be made. Priority will be given to articles on cutting-edge topics and those sponsored by scientific research funds.
The editorial department reserves the right to make technical and editorial modifications. Substantive changes to the content must be approved by the authors.
Strict confidentiality regulations are adhered to. When submitting articles, please include a "Confidentiality Review Certificate" with the seal of the author's unit's confidentiality committee and a "Copyright Agreement" signed by the author. Otherwise, the manuscript will not be accepted.

Article Archiving and Advertising Policy
All articles published in our journal are digitally archived and can be downloaded from the journal's website. In the event of the journal ceasing publication, past issues and articles can be accessed and downloaded from databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP.
Advertisements are primarily placed on the inside front and back covers of the print edition. The content of advertisements is separate from academic articles and does not influence the editorial decision-making process regarding article acceptance. Our journal bears no legal responsibility for the authenticity or legality of advertised content. Any disputes or controversies arising from the content of advertisements shall be solely borne by the advertiser.
Regarding Confidentiality Clearance Procedures
Before Submission:
Authors are required to complete confidentiality review procedures prior to submission. They may use their own organization's (or school's) template, stamp it with the official seal of the confidentiality department, and then upload the electronic version along with the submission documents.
During the Editing Phase:
Once the article is accepted and enters the editing phase, confidentiality procedures need to be conducted again. It is recommended to use the template provided by the editorial department in the Download Center.
After Acceptance Notification:
Upon notification of article acceptance by the editor, authors should send the original copies of the two confidentiality clearance documents, along with three copies of the Copyright Authorization Form, to the editorial department.
